A fast-growing White Plains, NY-based financial company is looking for a candidate with at least 5+ years of experience as a controller in a high-growth, private equity-financed start-up firm. This is a hands-on role that will step in and build a team at some point.
The role will be responsible for all accounting and budget management of the company.
• Budget Development
• Budget Forecasting
• Variance Reporting
• Monthly Financial Reporting
• Investor Reporting (Capital tables, Waterfall tables)
• Audit Support
• Tax Statements
• Compliance Reporting
Requirements:
• CPA
• Preferred master’s in accounting
• 3-5 years in Public Accounting
• 5+ years in an investor financed firm – high growth company
Compensation:
Base Salary up to $250K plus Cash Bonus and Equity
